Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Peaky Numbers mobil oyununu ("Oyun") kullanımına ilişkin kuralları belirler. Oyunu Seven's Design (Ayşenur Seven, şahıs işletmesi, Türkiye; "biz") sunar. Hesap oluştururken "Kabul ediyorum" seçeneğini işaretleyerek ya da Oyunu kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyunu kullanma.

Kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde, Peaky Premium aboneliğinin kuralları Abonelik ve Ödeme Koşulları'nda yer alır. Bu belgeler Koşulların ayrılmaz parçasıdır.

1. Hizmet

Peaky Numbers, gizli bir sayıyı +/− ipuçlarıyla bulmaya dayanan bir bulmaca oyunudur: günlük bulmaca, tek oyunculu antrenman, dereceli çok oyunculu maçlar, arkadaşlarla özel oda, sıralamalar, rozetler ve istatistikler içerir. Oyun ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı ücretli abonelik olarak Peaky Premium sunulur. Oyunda reklam yoktur. Oyunda serbest sohbet yoktur. Hazır mesaj özelliği kullanıma sunulduğunda oyuncular maç sırasında yalnızca önceden tanımlı bir listeden seçilen mesaj ve ifadeleri (emoji) gönderebilir; rakip mesajları ayarlardan gizlenebilir.

Oyunun kuralları, süreler ve sonuçlar sunucularımızda belirlenir; süreler sunucu saatiyle ölçülür. Sunucu kayıtları, aksi ispat edilmedikçe maç ve bulmaca sonuçları için esas alınır.

2. Yaş sınırı

Oyun 13 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılara yöneliktir. 13 yaşından küçüksen Oyunu kullanma.
18 yaşından küçüksen Oyunu ebeveyninin veya vasinin bilgisi ve izniyle kullanmalısın; Peaky Premium satın almak için ebeveyninin veya vasinin onayı gerekir. Google Play'deki aile ve satın alma onayı ayarları bu konuda yardımcı olur.
13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun hesap açtığını öğrenirsek hesabı ve verilerini sileriz. Ebeveynler bize developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden ulaşabilir.

3. Hesap

Oyuna Google hesabınla (iOS sürümüyle Apple ile) giriş yaparsın. Hesap kişiseldir; başkasına devredilemez, satılamaz, kiralanamaz ve paylaşılamaz.
Misafir hesabı (kullanıma sunulduğunda): Hesap bağlamadan misafir olarak oynayabilirsin. Misafir hesabı yalnızca o cihazdaki uygulamaya bağlıdır; uygulamayı silersen veya cihazını değiştirirsen bağlanmamış misafir hesabını kurtaramayız. 30 gün boyunca kullanılmayan bağlanmamış misafir hesapları silinir. Misafirler sıralamalara girmez ve günlük bulmacanın misafirlere özel sürümünü oynar. Hesabını bağladığında gerçek günlük bulmacaya ertesi günden itibaren katılırsın. Misafir hesapta kazanılan jetonlar üst sınırlı bir kumbarada birikir ve hesabını bağladığında verilir. Başlangıç ve davet ödülleri yalnızca bağlanmış hesaplara verilir. Satın alma yapmak için hesabını bağlaman gerekir.
Google hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabının izinsiz kullanıldığını düşünüyorsan bize hemen yaz.
Bir kişi ödül, puan veya sıralama avantajı elde etmek için birden fazla hesap (misafir hesaplar dahil) açamaz.

4. Oyun içi ad, kullanıcı adı ve profil fotoğrafı

Oyun içi adın, Premium üyeysen profil fotoğrafın diğer oyunculara görünür; eşsiz kullanıcı adın gösterilmez ama onu bilen biri sana davet gönderebilir. Bunları seçerken aşağıdakiler yasaktır:

Küfür, hakaret, aşağılama, taciz veya tehdit;
Irk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik veya benzeri özelliklere dayalı nefret söylemi ya da ayrımcılık;
Cinsel içerik, çıplaklık, şiddet, uyuşturucu, kumar veya suça özendiren içerik;
Başka bir kişinin, ünlülerin, kurumların, Peaky Numbers yöneticilerinin ya da Seven's Design'ın kimliğine bürünmek;
Telefon numarası, adres, e-posta gibi kişisel bilgiler; reklam, bağlantı, sosyal medya hesabı tanıtımı;
Başkasına ait marka, logo veya telif hakkıyla korunan görseller (hakkına sahip olmadıkça);
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına veya genel ahlaka aykırı her türlü içerik.

Yüklediğin profil fotoğrafının sana ait olduğunu veya kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunu ve başka kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmediğini kabul edersin. Fotoğrafı yalnızca Oyunda göstermek için, gösterim süresince ve bu amaçla sınırlı olarak bize ücretsiz ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni verirsin; fotoğrafı kaldırdığında veya hesabını sildiğinde bu izin sona erer.

Sunucumuz bazı uygunsuz kelimeleri içeren adları otomatik olarak reddedebilir; bu filtre her uygunsuz içeriği yakalamaz ve kuralların geçerliliğini etkilemez. Sıralamalarda görünen adları ve fotoğrafları gerektiğinde gözden geçirebiliriz. Bu kurallara aykırı bir ad veya fotoğrafı önceden haber vermeksizin gizleyebilir, kaldırabilir veya varsayılan bir adla değiştirebiliriz.

5. Adil oyun ve yasak davranışlar

Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:

Bot, makro, otomatik tahmin aracı, değiştirilmiş veya resmi olmayan istemci kullanmak; Oyunun sunucularına uygulama dışından istek göndermek;
Hataları, açıkları veya sunucu kurallarını kötüye kullanmak (bulduğun hatayı bize bildirmen yeterlidir ve memnuniyetle karşılanır);
Maç ayarlamak, bilerek kaybetmek, puan veya jetonu hesaplar arasında aktarmak, birden fazla hesapla kendinle oynamak;
Davet (referans) ödülünü sahte veya kendine ait ek hesaplarla almak;
Diğer oyuncuları davetlerle veya hazır mesajlarla rahatsız etmek, şikâyet sistemini kötüye kullanmak veya Oyunun düzgün çalışmasını engellemeye çalışmak;
Oyunu, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği hâller dışında kopyalamak, tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışmak, Oyunu veya içeriklerini ticari amaçla kullanmak;
Yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı herhangi bir davranış.

6. Şikâyet, engelleme ve moderasyon

Kurallara aykırı bir oyuncu adı, fotoğraf veya davranış görürsen ya da bir içeriğin hukuka aykırı olduğunu düşünüyorsan:

Uygulama içinden şikâyet et: Oyuncunun adının veya profilinin yanındaki şikâyet seçeneğini kullan.
Oyuncuyu engelle: Engellediğin oyuncu sana davet gönderemez, dereceli maçlarda seninle eşleştirilmez ve arkadaş listelerinizden karşılıklı çıkarılırsınız; engeli istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin.
E-postayla bildir: developer@sevensdesign.com adresine "Oyuncu şikâyeti" konulu e-posta gönder. Mümkünse oyuncunun oyun içi adını, gördüğün ekranı ve tarihi ekle. Telif hakkı veya kişilik hakkı ihlallerine ilişkin bildirimler de bu adresten yapılır.

Şikâyetler kaydedilir ve makul süre içinde tarafımızca incelenir; açıkça hukuka aykırı veya ağır içeriklere öncelik veririz. İnceleme sonucunda kurallara aykırı bulunan adı veya fotoğrafı kaldırabilir ya da 7. maddedeki önlemleri uygulayabiliriz. Şikâyet kayıtları en fazla 90 gün saklanır. Kimin bildirimde bulunduğu bildirilen oyuncuya söylenmez. Kötü niyetli veya asılsız şikâyetler de Koşulların ihlalidir.

7. Hesabın kısıtlanması, askıya alınması ve kapatılması

Koşulların ihlali, hile şüphesi, diğer oyunculara zarar verilmesi veya yasal bir zorunluluk hâlinde, ihlalin ağırlığıyla orantılı olarak şu önlemleri alabiliriz:

Uyarı; ad veya fotoğrafın değiştirilmesi ya da kaldırılması;
Haksız elde edilen puan, jeton, rozet veya sıralama derecelerinin geri alınması ya da sıfırlanması;
Dereceli maçlara veya davetlere katılımın geçici olarak kısıtlanması;
Hesabın geçici olarak askıya alınması;
Ağır veya tekrarlanan ihlallerde hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılması.

Hile tespitinde otomatik işaretler kullanılabilir (ör. günlük bulmacanın ilk tahminde çözülmesi); bu işaretler tek başına yaptırım doğurmaz, karar her zaman bir kişi tarafından verilir. Önlemi ve gerekçesini, hukuken engel olmadıkça, hesabına bağlı e-posta adresine veya Oyun içinde bildiririz. Karara 30 gün içinde developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden itiraz edebilirsin; itirazını insan eliyle inceler ve sonucunu bildiririz. Hesabın kapatılması, yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.

8. Sanal öğeler (jeton, puan, rozet)

Jetonlar, puanlar, rozetler ve sıralama dereceleri yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılan, parasal değeri olmayan öğelerdir. Nakde çevrilemez, iade edilemez, başka hesaba aktarılamaz, Oyun dışında satılamaz veya alınıp satılamaz.
Jetonlar oyun içinde kazanılır, davet ödülüyle, Peaky Premium aboneliğiyle verilir veya (kullanıma sunulduğunda) jeton paketi olarak satın alınır.
Jeton paketleri (kullanıma sunulduğunda): İçeriği sabittir ve satın almadan önce gösterilir; şansa dayalı, rastgele veya sürpriz içerik yoktur. Satın alınan jeton da kazanılan jeton gibi parasal değeri olmayan bir oyun içi öğedir; nakde, başka bir değere veya gerçek dünyada değeri olan bir ödüle çevrilemez. Fiyat, iptal, cayma ve iade kuralları Abonelik ve Ödeme Koşulları'ndadır.
Jetonla oynanan dereceli maçların sonucu şansa değil beceriye bağlıdır; maçlardan kazanılan jetonlar da yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılabilir. Oyunda bahis, şans oyunu veya kumar yoktur.
Bu öğeler üzerinde mülkiyet hakkın yoktur; sana Oyunu kullandığın sürece geçerli, kişisel ve sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Hesap silindiğinde veya kapatıldığında bu öğeler kalıcı olarak kaybolur.
Oyun dengesini korumak için ödül, ücret ve kural değerlerini değiştirebiliriz. Ücretli aboneliğin temel avantajlarını aleyhine değiştirmeyi abonelik dönemi içinde yapmayız; bu tür değişiklikleri önceden duyururuz.

9. Peaky Premium

Peaky Premium, Google Play üzerinden satılan, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, yenileme, iptal, iade ve cayma hakkına ilişkin kurallar Abonelik ve Ödeme Koşulları'nda yer alır.

10. Fikri mülkiyet

Oyunun adı, logosu, tasarımı, yazılımı, metinleri, sesleri ve diğer içerikleri Seven's Design'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Sana yalnızca Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, Google Play'den indirdiğin cihazlarda kullanma hakkı verilir. Bu hak devredilemez ve münhasır değildir.

11. Hizmetin değişmesi, kesintiler ve sona ermesi

Oyunu geliştirmek için özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Bakım, güncelleme, bağlantı sorunları veya Google altyapısındaki arızalar nedeniyle Oyun geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir; kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Sunucu kaynaklı bir hata nedeniyle kaybedilen jeton veya puanı, kayıtlarımızla doğrulanabildiği ölçüde iade etmeye çalışırız.

Oyunu tamamen kapatmaya karar verirsek bunu en az 30 gün önce Oyun içinde veya e-postayla duyururuz; abonelik yenilemelerini durdurur ve kullanılmayan ücretli dönemler için yürürlükteki mevzuata ve Google Play kurallarına göre iade yaparız.

12. Sorumluluk

Oyunu özenle sunarız ve kanunen sorumlu olduğumuz zararlardan sorumluyuz. Kast ve ağır ihmal hâlleri, kişilerin hayatına veya sağlığına verilen zararlar ve tüketici mevzuatı gibi emredici hükümlerden doğan sorumluluklar hiçbir şekilde sınırlandırılmaz.
Bunların dışında, hafif ihmalden kaynaklanan dolaylı zararlardan (ör. kâr kaybı) ve parasal değeri olmayan sanal öğelerin kaybından, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değiliz.
Google hesabı, Google Play, cihazın veya internet bağlantın gibi bizim kontrolümüzde olmayan hizmetlerdeki sorunlardan, bu hizmetlerin sağlayıcıları kendi koşullarına göre sorumludur.
Diğer oyuncuların Koşullara aykırı davranışlarından doğrudan sorumlu değiliz; ancak bize bildirilen ihlallere karşı 6. ve 7. maddedeki önlemleri alırız.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları Oyundaki, mevzuattaki veya Google Play kurallarındaki değişiklikler nedeniyle güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Seni olumsuz etkileyen önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden en az 15 gün önce Oyun içinde veya e-postayla duyururuz. Değişikliği kabul etmiyorsan hesabını silebilir ve aboneliğini iptal edebilirsin; yürürlük tarihinden sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmen yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

14. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Tüketici olarak, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar içinde yerleşim yerindeki veya işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine, bu sınırların üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda ise kanunun öngördüğü arabuluculuk sürecinden sonra Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilirsin.
Avrupa Birliği'nde veya başka bir ülkede yaşayan tüketiciler için, yaşadıkları ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan emredici hükümleri ve o ülkede dava açma hakları saklıdır.
Bir sorun yaşarsan önce bize developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden yaz; çoğu sorunu hızla çözebiliriz.

15. Diğer hükümler

Bu Koşulların bir hükmü geçersiz sayılırsa diğer hükümler geçerliliğini korur. Bir hakkımızı kullanmamamız o haktan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Koşulların Türkçe ve İngilizce metinleri arasında çelişki olursa Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar için Türkçe metin esas alınır.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Peaky Numbers mobile game (the "Game"). The Game is provided by Seven's Design (Ayşenur Seven, sole proprietorship, Türkiye; "we", "us"). By ticking "I accept" when creating your account, or by using the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Notice (KVKK); the rules of the Peaky Premium subscription are in the Subscription and Payment Terms. These documents form part of the Terms.

1. The service

Peaky Numbers is a puzzle game in which you crack a secret number using +/− clues. It includes a daily puzzle, solo practice, ranked multiplayer matches, private rooms with friends, leaderboards, badges and statistics. The Game is free. Peaky Premium is offered as an optional paid subscription. The Game has no ads. There is no free-text chat. Once the quick-message feature is available, players can only send messages and emotes chosen from a predefined list during matches; opponents' messages can be hidden in Settings.

Game rules, timers and results are decided on our servers, and timers use server time. Unless proven otherwise, server records are decisive for match and puzzle results.

2. Age limit

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not use the Game.
If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you must use the Game with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, and you need their approval to buy Peaky Premium. Google Play's family and purchase-approval settings can help with this.
If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and its data. Parents can contact us at developer@sevensdesign.com.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account (or with Apple in the iOS version). Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, rented or shared.
Guest account (once available): you can play as a guest without linking an account. A guest account is tied to the app on that device; if you uninstall the app or change device, we cannot recover an unlinked guest account. Unlinked guest accounts not used for 30 days are deleted. Guests do not appear on leaderboards and play a guest version of the daily puzzle; once you link your account, you join the real daily puzzle from the next day. Coins earned as a guest collect in a capped piggy bank and are credited when you link your account. Starting and referral rewards are only given to linked accounts. You must link your account to make purchases.
You are responsible for the security of your Google account. If you think your account is being used without permission, contact us right away.
You may not create more than one account (including guest accounts) to gain rewards, points or ranking advantages.
You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings › Delete Account and Data. Details: Account and Data Deletion.

4. Display name, username and profile photo

Your display name and, if you are a Premium member, your profile photo are visible to other players. Your unique username is not shown, but anyone who knows it can send you an invite. When choosing them, the following are not allowed:

Profanity, insults, degrading content, harassment or threats;
Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
Sexual content, nudity, violence, or content promoting drugs, gambling or crime;
Impersonating another person, celebrities, organisations, Peaky Numbers staff or Seven's Design;
Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or email addresses; advertising, links or promotion of social media accounts;
Trademarks, logos or copyrighted images belonging to others (unless you have the right to use them);
Any other content that is unlawful.

You confirm that any profile photo you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to use the photo solely to display it in the Game, for as long as it is displayed; this permission ends when you remove the photo or delete your account.

Our server may automatically reject names containing certain inappropriate words; this filter does not catch everything and does not change the rules. We may review the names and photos shown on leaderboards when needed. We may hide, remove or replace with a default name any name or photo that breaks these rules, without prior notice.

5. Fair play and prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited:

Using bots, macros, automated guessing tools, or modified or unofficial clients; sending requests to the Game's servers from outside the app;
Exploiting bugs, loopholes or server rules (simply reporting a bug to us is enough, and appreciated);
Fixing matches, losing on purpose, moving points or coins between accounts, or playing against yourself with several accounts;
Collecting referral rewards with fake accounts or additional accounts of your own;
Spamming other players with invites or quick messages, abusing the reporting system or trying to disrupt the Game;
Copying, reverse engineering or trying to obtain the source code of the Game, except where permitted by applicable law, or using the Game or its content for commercial purposes;
Any conduct that breaks applicable law.

6. Reporting, blocking and moderation

If you see a player name, photo or behaviour that breaks these rules, or content you believe is illegal:

Report in the app: use the report option next to the player's name or profile.
Block the player: a player you block cannot send you invites, is not matched with you in ranked games, and you are removed from each other's friends lists; you can unblock them at any time.
Report by email: write to developer@sevensdesign.com with the subject "Player report". If possible, include the player's display name, what you saw and the date. Notices about copyright or personality-rights infringements can also be sent to this address.

Reports are recorded and reviewed by us within a reasonable time; clearly illegal or serious content is prioritised. If a review finds that a name or photo breaks the rules, we may remove it or take the measures in section 7. Report records are kept for up to 90 days. The reported player is never told who reported them. Malicious or false reports also break these Terms.

7. Restriction, suspension and termination

If you break these Terms, if cheating is suspected, if other players are harmed, or if the law requires it, we may take the following measures in proportion to the seriousness of the breach:

A warning; changing or removing a name or photo;
Withdrawing or resetting points, coins, badges or leaderboard positions obtained unfairly;
Temporarily restricting access to ranked matches or invites;
Temporarily suspending the account;
Permanently closing the account for serious or repeated breaches.

Automatic flags may be used to detect cheating (for example, solving the daily puzzle on the first guess); a flag never leads to a sanction on its own, and a person always makes the decision. Unless legally prevented, we will tell you about the measure and the reason by email to the address linked to your account or in the Game. You can appeal within 30 days by writing to developer@sevensdesign.com; a person will review your appeal and tell you the outcome. Closing an account does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

8. Virtual items (coins, points, badges)

Coins, points, badges and leaderboard positions are in-game items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred to another account, or sold or traded outside the Game.
Coins are earned in the Game, given as referral rewards, included with the Peaky Premium subscription, or (once available) bought as coin packs.
Coin packs (once available): the content is fixed and shown before purchase; there is no chance-based, random or surprise content. Bought coins, like earned coins, are in-game items with no monetary value; they cannot be converted into cash, any other value or a prize with real-world value. Price, cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules are in the Subscription and Payment Terms.
The outcome of ranked matches played with coins depends on skill, not chance, and coins won in matches can only be used in the Game. There is no betting, game of chance or gambling in the Game.
You do not own these items; you receive a personal, limited right to use them while you use the Game. They are permanently lost when your account is deleted or closed.
To keep the Game balanced we may change reward, fee and rule values. We will not reduce the core benefits of a paid subscription to your detriment during a billing period, and we will announce such changes in advance.

9. Peaky Premium

Peaky Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Rules on price, renewal, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal are in the Subscription and Payment Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Game's name, logo, design, software, texts, sounds and other content belong to Seven's Design or its licensors. You are only granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices where you installed it from Google Play.

11. Changes to the service, interruptions and discontinuation

We may add, change or remove features to improve the Game. The Game may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, connection problems or outages in Google's infrastructure; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. Where coins or points are lost because of a server-side error, we will try to restore them to the extent our records confirm the loss.

If we decide to shut down the Game, we will announce it in the Game or by email at least 30 days in advance, stop subscription renewals and give refunds for unused paid periods in line with applicable law and Google Play rules.

12. Liability

We provide the Game with care and are liable for damage as required by law. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life or health, and under mandatory consumer protection law is never limited.
Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by slight negligence (for example, loss of profit) or for the loss of virtual items that have no monetary value.
Problems with services outside our control, such as your Google account, Google Play, your device or your internet connection, are the responsibility of their providers under their own terms.
We are not directly responsible for other players' breaches of these Terms, but we act on reported breaches as described in sections 6 and 7.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms because of changes to the Game, the law or Google Play's rules. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes. We will announce important changes that affect you negatively in the Game or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription; continuing to use the Game after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
As a consumer in Türkiye, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or, above those limits and after the mediation required by law, to the Consumer Court.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and your right to bring proceedings there.
If something goes wrong, please write to developer@sevensdesign.com first; we can resolve most issues quickly.

15. Other provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our not exercising a right does not mean we waive it. If the Turkish and English versions conflict, the Turkish version prevails for users in Türkiye.
