Bu sayfa, Seven's Design tarafından geliştirilen Peaky Numbers oyunundaki hesabını ve verilerini nasıl sileceğini anlatır.

Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)

Peaky Numbers uygulamasını aç ve hesabına giriş yap.
Ayarlar sekmesine git.
Hesabımı ve Verilerimi Sil seçeneğine dokun ve iki kez onayla.

Silme işlemi hemen başlar ve birkaç saniye içinde tamamlanır. Devam eden bir maçın varsa maçtan çekilmiş sayılırsın; sırada bekleme ücreti iade edilmez.

Misafir hesabı (kullanıma sunulduğunda)

Misafir hesabını uygulama içinden aynı yolla silebilirsin. Misafir hesapta e-posta olmadığı için e-postayla kimliğini doğrulayamayız; uygulamayı sildiysen hesabın 30 gün hareketsizlikten sonra verileriyle birlikte kendiliğinden silinir. Uygulama hâlâ yüklüyse Ayarlar'da gösterilen hesap kimliğinle de bize yazabilirsin.

Apple ile giriş yaptıysan (iOS sürümüyle)

Hesabını sildiğimizde Apple ile girişin bağlantısını da Apple nezdinde iptal ederiz (token iptali); uygulama artık Apple Kimliğin listesinde görünmez. "E-postamı gizle" kullandıysan silme talebini e-postayla yapmak için o aktarma adresinden yazman ya da talebini doğrulamak için aktarma adresine gönderdiğimiz e-postayı yanıtlaman gerekir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Hesabına bağlı Google e-posta adresinden developer@sevensdesign.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğrulamak için yalnızca bu e-posta adresini kullanırız; başka belge istemeyiz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir ve sonucu e-postayla bildiririz.

Premium aboneliğin varsa

Hesabını silmek Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücretlendirmenin durması için Google Play Store › profil simgesi › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler › Peaky Premium › Aboneliği iptal et yolunu izle. Bunu hesabını silmeden önce yapmanı öneririz.

Silinen veriler

Giriş hesabın (Firebase Authentication kaydı: e-posta adresi, Google veya Apple hesap kimliği, Google'dan gelen ad ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı); misafir hesapta rastgele hesap kimliği
Oyun içi adın, eşsiz kullanıcı adın, davet ayarın
Jeton, puan, haftalık puan, istatistikler, rozetler ve sıralama kayıtların
Günlük bulmaca oturumların ve sonuçların
Maçlardaki kendi tahminlerin
Arkadaş ve davet (referans) bağlantıların, bekleyen davetlerin

Silinmeyen veya bir süre saklanan veriler

Rakiplerinin maç geçmişi: Oynadığın maçların sonuç kaydı rakiplerinin geçmişi bozulmasın diye kalır; bu kayıtlarda adın "Silinmiş oyuncu" olarak görünür ve tahminlerin silinir. Kayıtlarda kalan rastgele hesap kimliği, hesabın silindikten sonra artık sana bağlanamaz.
E-posta özeti: Aynı e-posta adresiyle hesabı silip yeniden açarak başlangıç ve davet ödüllerinin tekrar alınmasını önlemek için, e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti (SHA-256) ve silme tarihi saklanır. Özet e-posta adresini açıkça içermez, başka hiçbir verinle birlikte tutulmaz ve yalnızca aynı adresle yeniden kayıt olunduğunda karşılaştırma için kullanılır.
Teknik kayıtlar: Google Cloud hizmet kayıtları (IP adresi, istek zamanı, hata kayıtları) en fazla 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Google Play kayıtları: Satın alma ve sipariş kayıtları Google tarafından Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına göre tutulur. Google Play'in bize sunduğu sipariş ve kazanç raporları, vergi mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir.

Yalnızca bazı verileri silmek istiyorsan

Profil fotoğrafı: Premium üyeyken Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin; tamamen kaldırılmasını istiyorsan developer@sevensdesign.com adresine yaz, en geç 30 gün içinde kaldırırız.
Oyun içi ad: Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin.
Davetler: Ayarlar › Oyun içi davet al seçeneğini kapatabilirsin.
Diğer talepler için developer@sevensdesign.com adresine yaz.

Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Peaky Numbers, a game developed by Seven's Design.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the Peaky Numbers app and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete Account and Data and confirm twice.

Deletion starts immediately and finishes within a few seconds. If you are in a match, you are treated as having left it; a queue entry fee is not refunded.

Guest account (once available)

You can delete a guest account in the app in the same way. Guest accounts have no email, so we cannot verify your identity by email; if you have uninstalled the app, the account and its data are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity. If the app is still installed, you can also write to us quoting the account ID shown in Settings.

If you signed in with Apple (iOS version)

When we delete your account we also revoke your Sign in with Apple link with Apple (token revocation), so the app no longer appears in your Apple ID list. If you used "Hide My Email", to request deletion by email you need to write from that relay address or reply to the verification email we send to it.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to developer@sevensdesign.com from the Google email address linked to your account. We only use this email address to verify your identity and will not ask for other documents. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

If you have a Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop being charged, go to Google Play Store › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Peaky Premium › Cancel subscription. We recommend doing this before you delete your account.

Data that is deleted

Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication record: email address, Google or Apple account ID, name and profile photo link received from Google); for guest accounts, the random account ID
Your display name, unique username and invite setting
Coins, points, weekly points, statistics, badges and leaderboard entries
Your daily puzzle sessions and results
Your own guesses in matches
Friend and referral links, pending invites
Your block list, report records in which you are the reporter or the reported player, and copies of your name in other players' block lists
Purchase verification records (purchase token, order number, product, subscription status) and your unused coin balance
Any profile photo you uploaded

Data that is kept or retained for a time

Your opponents' match history: the result records of matches you played remain so that your opponents' history stays intact; your name appears as "Deleted player" and your guesses are deleted. The random account ID left in these records can no longer be linked to you once your account is deleted.
Email hash: to prevent people from deleting and re-creating accounts with the same email address to collect starting and referral rewards again, a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your email address and the deletion date are kept. The hash does not contain your email address in readable form, is not stored with any other data about you, and is only used for comparison if the same address is used to sign up again.
Technical logs: Google Cloud service logs (IP address, request time, error logs) are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Google Play records: purchase and order records are kept by Google under Google's own privacy policy. Order and earnings reports that Google Play provides to us may be kept for the period required by tax law.

Deleting only some data

Profile photo: you can change it in Settings while you are a Premium member; to have it removed completely, write to developer@sevensdesign.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
Display name: you can change it in Settings.
Invites: you can turn off Settings › Receive in-game invites.
For any other request, write to developer@sevensdesign.com.
