Abonelik ve Ödeme Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Peaky Numbers içindeki Peaky Premium aboneliğinin ve (kullanıma sunulduğunda) jeton paketlerinin satın alınmasına, yenilenmesine ve iptaline ilişkin ön bilgileri ve kuralları içerir. Kullanım Koşulları'nın parçasıdır. Satın almadan önce lütfen dikkatle oku.

Ödeme aracısı: Ödeme, Google Play'in ödeme sistemi (Google Play Faturalandırma) üzerinden alınır. Kart veya banka bilgilerin bize iletilmez.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ülkeleri gibi bazı ülkelerde Google Play satışlarında satıcı Google'dır; bu ülkelerde Google'ın satış koşulları da uygulanır.

2. Abonelik ne sağlar?

Peaky Premium isteğe bağlıdır; Oyunun tüm modları abonelik olmadan ücretsiz oynanabilir. Abonelik süresince:

Her ödenen aylık dönemde 150 jeton (ilk dönemin jetonları satın alma onaylanır onaylanmaz hesabına eklenir),
Profil fotoğrafı yükleme ve gösterme,
Sıralamalarda VIP rozeti.

Jetonlar parasal değeri olmayan oyun içi öğelerdir; nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez (Kullanım Koşulları madde 8).

3. Fiyat ve faturalama

Türkiye fiyatı: aylık 49,99 TL (vergiler dahil). Diğer ülkelerde Google Play o ülkenin para birimindeki fiyatı gösterir. Satın alma ekranında gördüğün fiyat esastır.
Ücret, satın almayı onayladığında Google Play hesabına tanımlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir.
Ek bir kurulum, teslimat veya iptal ücreti yoktur.
Şu anda ücretsiz deneme sunulmamaktadır. İleride bir deneme veya indirimli tanıtım teklifi sunulursa süresi, sonrasında uygulanacak fiyat ve ücretlendirmenin ne zaman başlayacağı satın alma ekranında ayrıca gösterilir.

4. Süre ve otomatik yenileme

Peaky Premium belirsiz süreli bir abonelik sözleşmesidir ve aylık dönemler hâlinde ücretlendirilir. "Abone ol" ile bunu açıkça onaylamış olursun.
Abonelik her ay, satın aldığın günün karşılığında otomatik olarak yenilenir ve sen iptal edene kadar her dönem başında aynı ücret Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
Fiyatı değiştirirsek Google Play seni önceden bilgilendirir; Google Play kurallarının gerektirdiği durumlarda yeni fiyat ancak senin onayınla uygulanır. Onay vermezsen abonelik dönem sonunda sona erer.
Yenileme sırasında ödeme alınamazsa Google Play bir süre ödemeyi yeniden dener. Bu sürede Premium avantajların kısa bir süre devam edebilir; ödeme sonuçta alınamazsa Premium kapanır.

5. İptal

Aboneliğini istediğin an, gerekçe göstermeden ve ücret ödemeden iptal edebilirsin:

Oyunda Ayarlar › Hesap Statüsü › Aboneliği yönet'e dokun, ya da
Google Play Store › profil simgesi › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler › Peaky Premium › Aboneliği iptal et yolunu izle.

İptal ettiğinde bir sonraki yenileme yapılmaz; Premium avantajların ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.
Dönemin sonunu beklemeden aboneliğin hemen sona ermesini istersen, iptalden sonra developer@sevensdesign.com adresine Google Play sipariş numaranla yaz. Premium'u en geç 7 gün içinde kapatır, ödediğin dönemin kullanılmayan günlerine düşen tutarı (o döneme ait jetonların kullandığın kısmı düşülerek) en geç 15 gün içinde Google Play üzerinden iade ederiz.
Uygulamayı silmek veya Peaky Numbers hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Ücretlendirmenin durması için aboneliği Google Play'den ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

6. Cayma hakkı

Peaky Premium, satın alma onaylandığı anda hesabına tanımlanan ve elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen bir hizmettir. Bu nedenle Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca satın alınan dönem için cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır. "Abone ol" düğmesine dokunup ödemeyi onayladığında hizmetin hemen ifasına başlanmasını kabul etmiş olursun.

Bu istisna, aboneliğini istediğin an ileriye dönük iptal etme hakkını (madde 5) etkilemez.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaki (AEA) kullanıcılar için satışı Google gerçekleştirir; cayma hakkına ilişkin onay Google Play'in satın alma ekranında alınır ve Google'ın koşulları uygulanır.

7. İade

Satın almadan sonraki 48 saat içinde iade talebini doğrudan Google Play'e iletebilirsin (Google Play › Sipariş geçmişi › Sorun bildir). Google, kendi politikasına göre karar verir.
48 saatten sonra veya Google'ın reddettiği durumlarda bize developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden, Google Play sipariş numaranla (GPA. ile başlar) yazabilirsin. Destek taleplerine en geç 3 iş günü içinde yanıt veririz. Hatalı veya mükerrer ücretlendirme, teknik bir sorun nedeniyle Premium'un hiç açılmaması gibi durumları inceler ve haklı bulduğumuz talepleri Google Play üzerinden iade ederiz.
İade yapılan dönem için Premium avantajları sona erer; o döneme ait jetonlar geri alınabilir.
Yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakların (ör. ayıplı hizmet hâlinde) saklıdır.

8. Satın alımları geri yükleme ve hesap

Abonelik, satın alma sırasında oturum açık olan Peaky Numbers hesabına bağlanır. Aynı Google Play hesabıyla yeni bir cihazda Ayarlar › Hesap Statüsü › Satın alımları geri yükle ile aboneliğini tekrar hesabına bağlayabilirsin. Bir abonelik aynı anda yalnızca bir Peaky Numbers hesabında kullanılabilir.

9. Hizmetin değişmesi veya sona ermesi

Abonelik avantajlarını, ödenmiş bir dönem içinde aleyhine değiştirmeyiz. Avantajlarda kalıcı bir değişiklik yapacaksak bunu yenileme tarihinden önce duyururuz. Peaky Premium'u veya Oyunu tamamen sonlandırırsak yenilemeleri durdurur ve kullanılmamış ücretli dönemler için mevzuata ve Google Play kurallarına uygun şekilde iade yaparız.

10. Jeton paketleri (kullanıma sunulduğunda)

İçerik: Her paketin içerdiği jeton miktarı sabittir ve satın alma ekranında açıkça yazılır (ör. 100, 300 veya 1000 jeton). Şansa dayalı, rastgele veya sürpriz içerik yoktur.
Fiyat: Her paketin Türk lirası cinsinden, vergiler dahil toplam fiyatı satın alma onayından önce gösterilir; ödeme Google Play üzerinden bir kez alınır, abonelik değildir. "Avantajlı" gibi karşılaştırmalı ifadeler yalnızca gerçek fiyat ve miktar farkına dayanır.
Ne işe yarar: Jetonlar parasal değeri olmayan oyun içi öğelerdir (Kullanım Koşulları m.8); nakde veya gerçek dünyada değeri olan bir şeye çevrilemez, başka hesaba aktarılamaz.
Hesap: Satın alma için hesabını Google (iOS'ta Apple) ile bağlaman gerekir; misafir hesapla satın alma yapılamaz. Jetonlar satın alma onaylanınca hesabına eklenir.
Cayma hakkı: Jetonlar satın alma onaylandığı anda hesabına tanımlanan, elektronik ortamda anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallardır; bu nedenle Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-(ğ) uyarınca cayma hakkı yoktur. Satın alma ekranında bu bilgi gösterilir ve satın almayı onaylayarak kabul etmiş olursun. AEA'da satıcı Google'dır ve Google'ın koşulları uygulanır.
İade: İlk 48 saat içinde Google Play üzerinden talep edebilirsin; sonrasında madde 7 uygulanır. Hatalı veya mükerrer ücretlendirmede, jetonun hesabına hiç eklenmemesinde iade yaparız. İade edilen paketin jetonları hesabından düşülür; harcanmışsa bakiye eksiye düşmez, ancak tekrarlayan kötü niyetli iade taleplerinde Kullanım Koşulları m.7 uygulanabilir.
18 yaşından küçükler: Satın alma için ebeveyn veya vasinin onayı gerekir; Google Play'in satın alma onayı ayarlarını kullanmanızı öneririz. Onay olmadan yapıldığını bildiren ebeveyn veya vasinin başvurusunu developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden inceler, mevzuata uygun şekilde iade ederiz.
Kullanım ve sona erme: Hesabını silersen veya Oyun kapanırsa kullanılmamış jetonlar da sona erer. Oyunu kapatırsak bunu en az 30 gün önce duyururuz ve bu süre içinde jeton paketi satışını durdururuz.

11. Şikâyet ve başvuru

Sorun yaşarsan önce bize developer@sevensdesign.com adresinden yaz. Tüketici olarak, her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar içinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetine, bu sınırların üzerinde ise kanunda öngörülen arabuluculuk sürecinden sonra Tüketici Mahkemesine başvurabilirsin. Şikâyetlerini Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın E-Devlet üzerindeki Tüketici Bilgi Sistemi (TÜBİS) aracılığıyla da iletebilirsin.

Subscription and Payment Terms

These terms contain the pre-contract information and rules for buying, renewing and cancelling the Peaky Premium subscription and, once available, coin packs in Peaky Numbers. They form part of the Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before you subscribe.

1. Seller / service provider

Address: published in the developer contact section of the Peaky Numbers page on Google Play; you can also ask for it by email.
Payment processor: payments are taken through Google Play's billing system. Your card or bank details are never shared with us.
In the European Economic Area and some other countries, Google is the seller of record for Google Play purchases; in those countries Google's terms of sale also apply.

2. What the subscription includes

Peaky Premium is optional; every game mode can be played for free without it. While your subscription is active you get:

150 coins for each paid monthly period (the coins for the first period are added as soon as the purchase is confirmed),
The ability to upload and show a profile photo,
A VIP badge on leaderboards.

Coins are in-game items with no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred (Terms of Use, section 8).

3. Price and billing

Price in Türkiye: 49,99 TL per month (taxes included). In other countries Google Play shows the price in the local currency. The price shown on the purchase screen applies.
You are charged through the payment method on your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
There are no extra set-up, delivery or cancellation fees.
There is currently no free trial. If we offer a trial or introductory price in the future, its length, the price that applies afterwards and when billing starts will be shown separately on the purchase screen.

4. Term and automatic renewal

Peaky Premium is a subscription for an indefinite term, billed in monthly periods. By tapping "Subscribe" you expressly agree to this.
The subscription renews automatically every month on the same day of the month you subscribed, and the same price is charged to your Google Play account at the start of each period until you cancel.
If we change the price, Google Play will notify you in advance; where Google Play's rules require it, the new price only applies once you agree. If you do not agree, the subscription ends at the end of the current period.
If a renewal payment fails, Google Play retries it for a while. Your Premium benefits may continue for a short time during this period; if payment still cannot be taken, Premium ends.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:

In the Game, tap Settings › Account Status › Manage subscription, or
In the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Peaky Premium › Cancel subscription.

After you cancel, the subscription will not renew, and your Premium benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you want the subscription to end immediately instead of at the end of the period, write to developer@sevensdesign.com with your Google Play order number after cancelling. We will turn off Premium within 7 days and, within 15 days, refund through Google Play the amount for the unused days of the period you paid for (less the share of that period's coins you have used).
Uninstalling the app or deleting your Peaky Numbers account does not cancel the subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it in Google Play.

6. Right of withdrawal

Peaky Premium is a service that is performed immediately by electronic means: it is added to your account as soon as the purchase is confirmed. For consumers in Türkiye there is therefore no right of withdrawal for the period purchased, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. By tapping "Subscribe" and confirming payment, you agree that performance of the service begins immediately.

This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time (section 5).

For users in the European Economic Area, Google is the seller; your consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement regarding the right of withdrawal are collected on Google Play's purchase screen, and Google's terms apply.

7. Refunds

Within 48 hours of a purchase you can ask Google Play for a refund directly (Google Play › Order history › Report a problem). Google decides under its own policy.
After 48 hours, or if Google declines, you can write to us at developer@sevensdesign.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.). We reply to support requests within 3 business days. We review cases such as wrong or duplicate charges or Premium not activating because of a technical problem, and refund justified requests through Google Play.
Premium benefits end for a refunded period, and the coins granted for that period may be withdrawn.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (for example, if the service is defective) are not affected.

8. Restoring purchases and your account

The subscription is linked to the Peaky Numbers account that is signed in when you buy it. On a new device, using the same Google Play account, tap Settings › Account Status › Restore purchases to link it to your account again. A subscription can be used by only one Peaky Numbers account at a time.

9. Changes to or discontinuation of the service

We will not reduce the subscription benefits to your detriment during a paid period. If we plan a permanent change to the benefits, we will announce it before your renewal date. If we discontinue Peaky Premium or the Game, we will stop renewals and refund unused paid periods in line with applicable law and Google Play rules.

10. Coin packs (once available)

Content: the number of coins in each pack is fixed and clearly shown on the purchase screen (for example 100, 300 or 1,000 coins). There is no chance-based, random or surprise content.
Price: the total price of each pack, including taxes and in the local currency, is shown before you confirm; payment is taken once through Google Play and it is not a subscription. Comparative claims such as "best value" are only used where they reflect real differences in price and quantity.
What coins are for: coins are in-game items with no monetary value (Terms of Use, section 8); they cannot be converted into cash or anything with real-world value or transferred to another account.
Account: you must link your account with Google (or Apple on iOS) to buy; guest accounts cannot make purchases. Coins are added to your account once the purchase is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal: coins are intangible digital content delivered immediately by electronic means as soon as the purchase is confirmed, so for consumers in Türkiye there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. This is shown on the purchase screen and you accept it by confirming the purchase. In the EEA, Google is the seller and Google's terms apply.
Refunds: within the first 48 hours through Google Play; afterwards section 7 applies. We refund wrong or duplicate charges and cases where the coins were never added. Coins from a refunded pack are deducted from your balance; if they have been spent, your balance does not go negative, but section 7 of the Terms of Use may apply to repeated abusive refund requests.
Users under 18: purchases require the consent of a parent or guardian; we recommend Google Play's purchase-approval settings. If a parent or guardian tells us a purchase was made without consent, we review it at developer@sevensdesign.com and refund in line with applicable law.
Use and expiry: unused coins end if you delete your account or the Game closes. If we close the Game, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and stop selling coin packs during that period.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please write to developer@sevensdesign.com first. Consumers in Türkiye can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced each year, or, above those limits and after the mediation required by law, to the Consumer Court. Consumers in other countries keep the rights and remedies available under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
